Strong aromas of chocolate and coffee. Opaque brown/black color with a decent tan head. Medium body with near creamy carbonation. The flavor moves to roasted/toasted dark malt. Itís heading for porter or stout. Quite smooth. There is a light piney hop note in the finish along with the toasted bitter. The finish is dry and decently bitter. Itís really good.
