Modeled on the beers brewed for the long sea voyage from England to India, our India Pale Ale unites a strong malt backbone with a bitter and aromatic finish. Hopped at 2 pounds per barrel with Horizons, Simcoes and Amarillos, our IPA is fully prepared for the long journey from the slopes to the hot tub.

12oz bottle bought in Yosemite National Park. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a small off-white head and nice lacing. Pretty soft aroma of non-deScript hops but definitely fruity more than piney. Rather gentle flavour too with the only bitterness really showing up in the finish. Better than expected honestly.

Bottle; pours a caramelly-orange with a creamy, off white head. Aroma was very caramelly; some grass, citrus and herbal elements Flavor had a caramel and biscuit backbone; earthy bitterness, although it was pretty minimal for the style. It was easy drinking, but just not enough bitterness to make it a good example for the style.

(En fût au Hooley’s Irish pub): Un nez goulûment juteux et miellé qui invite follement. En bouche c’est indéniablement machable et envahissant, les fruits sont presque en purée, la finale un brin rouillée et molle.

bottle by way of riversideAK... poured a hazy dark copper color. very rich looking with an off white head and a bit of lacing. initial blast of floral and piney hops leaves quickly and leaves me wanting more. there’s also notes of caramel and grapefruit. flavor is caramel and ruby red grapefruit as well. it has a slight bitter dry finish. medium body with a slightly creamy texture. nice find...

22oz bottle. Pours a murky orange color; fine-bubbled off-white head with solid lacing. Dank, sweet and orangey aroma; amarillo shows through, along with some candied sweetness and a bit of alcohol. Muddled but tasty, in a phrase. Medium-full body, modest CO2. Chewy candied maltiness, with the orange character running up against that juicy orange hop note; lightly warming, a slight coarseness in the presentation, but overall a delicious (if muddled) IPA. Seems bulkier than 6.5%, but that’s mostly residual sweetness. Medium-length finish: toasty, citrusy, a bit sweet.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium head and good lacing. Nice hoppy aroma thats mostly citrus and some pine. Taste is hops dominated with a nice up-front punch of grapefruit, with a citrus/pine body and a lightly bitter finish. Smooth drinking and well crafted.

Having a beer that get the idea of hops is appearant in this beer, aroma of citrus and grass. The taste is hoppy but not all together malty, it doesn’t punch you in the face

Tap at Mammoth mountain. Pours copper with a frothy off white head, nice lacing. Nice nose of citrus hops and caramel malts. Medium bitter on the finish.

My favorite of the samples. This poured an amber with a big foamy head. The aroma was citrus with a touch of pine and sweet malt. The flavor was big on the pine and a touch of sweetness. All in all, pretty decent.

Bottle(6.5%) from Hi-Time Wine. Dark amber in color on the pour. Slightly sticky hop aromas. Fairly bitter brew. Not super hoppy. Fairly easy to drink.
