COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bavarian style wheat beer that is naturally cloudy and delightfully refreshing. We named it after a local volcanic rock called pumice. So light it floats on water. Drink up and experience a zen-like feeling of lightness.

Fad: Taster på bryggeriet. Udseendet er uklar lys med stort skumhoved. Typisk duft af bananer og tysk gær. I det hele taget er dette en standard hefe uden de store dikkedarer men også let kedelig.

Drank at brewery. Yellow and cloudy. Fruity aroma. Taste is fruity and wheaty with notes of pear and green apple. Nice Hef. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Yosemite. Pours cloudy orange brown with a thin white head. Smells really good, like citrus, bread, wheat, banana, nuts, and some musk. Also tastes really good, dry, tart, sour, and sweet., like citrus, herbs, bubblegum, cereal. Medium body and carbonation.

The beer pours a golden cloudy with a nice aroma of bubblegum and clove. It’s thin and tart. The clove is in the foreground

I was looking for a different Hefe that Mammoth Brewing makes, but all I have in my book is Mammoth-Hefe. The one I drank had a tangy champagne sour zing aroma. Nice and cloudy color. Tastes kinda downtoned from the initial aroma. A bit skunky.

A - pours hazy effervescent golden yellow with 1 finger fluffy white head. Light lacing. S - absolutely putrid aromas (bad batch?) aromas of burnt hair, perm chemical, raw sewage. I see the banana, and wheat. But smell is over whelming bad. M - light bodied with a weak palate. Lingering banana chip. High carb, fizzy. T - taste is much better that the aroma. But not great. Tangy wheat and banana chips. Cloves and orange, lemon zest. Bready notes as well. Eh. O - smell is disgusting. Reeks of burnt hair and sewage, taste is simple and weak. 3
