COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bavarian style wheat beer that is naturally cloudy and delightfully refreshing. We named it after a local volcanic rock called pumice. So light it floats on water. Drink up and experience a zen-like feeling of lightness.

A - pours hazy effervescent golden yellow with 1 finger fluffy white head. Light lacing. S - absolutely putrid aromas (bad batch?) aromas of burnt hair, perm chemical, raw sewage. I see the banana, and wheat. But smell is over whelming bad. M - light bodied with a weak palate. Lingering banana chip. High carb, fizzy. T - taste is much better that the aroma. But not great. Tangy wheat and banana chips. Cloves and orange, lemon zest. Bready notes as well. Eh. O - smell is disgusting. Reeks of burnt hair and sewage, taste is simple and weak. 3

Draft at the brewery. Hazy golden pour, foamy white head. Citrus, banana, wheat, and a bit of grass. Light and drinkable. A decent summer swill beer, but I’m not a big wheat fan.

Bomber. This pours a golden color, just slightly hazy, with a white fluffy head on top. This has everything you’d expect form a good Hefeweizen. Citrusy banana, yeast, wheat, light clove, some grass, and a little bit of herbal spiciness. It’s all wrapped in a delicate package; light-bodied, crisp, and refreshing. The aroma and flavor pretty much mirror each other. This is pretty good stuff.
