A bavarian style wheat beer that is naturally cloudy and delightfully refreshing. We named it after a local volcanic rock called pumice. So light it floats on water. Drink up and experience a zen-like feeling of lightness.

Pretty good. Not a real big hefe guy but it is a good one. Banana and wheat malt are really present here. My wife loves it.

Poured into a wiezen style glass. Pours super cloudy, with nuggets of coriander at the bottom. Aroma is wheat, yeast (doughy), and some citrus. Flavour us about the same, not to bitter, maybe even sweet. Palate is medium bodied, kind of on the watery side. Very refreshing on this warm spring day. Overall a fantastic wheat beer.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2008 Huge sweet banana and clove aroma. Super cloudy yellowish color. The banana flavor looms supreme in this beer. Super fruity and creamy with a light refreshing lemon like finish. Lots of stuff left in this one... This is some good shit.

Draft @ Clocktower. Cloudy gold pour with a medium white head. Strong banana and clove aroma with hay. Excellent banana, wheat, clove, and bubblebum flavors. Lemony finish. Everything just seems to be in perfect balance. One of the best hefes I’ve ever had.

Draft at Brews in the Village; Nose of bananna and vanilla; cloudy amber with a huge yelloish head; flavor of banana and light caramel; one of my friends taved about it and said it tatsed like banana cream pie!

22oz bottle bought in Mammoth. Overall, probably my favorite of the bunch I tried from Mammoth. At 4.2% ABV, it’s a nice session beer with solid banana, clove and wheat flavors, a medium body and more flavor than you expect from such a light beer. Would gladly drink this regularly.

Bottle from Yosemite. Pours cloudy orange brown with a thin white head. Smells really good, like citrus, bread, wheat, banana, nuts, and some musk. Also tastes really good, dry, tart, sour, and sweet., like citrus, herbs, bubblegum, cereal. Medium body and carbonation.

Poured into a weizen glass. Color varies from yellow to light orange. Cloudy appearance with a lot of yeast particles. Aroma is yeasty with some banana and citrus notes. Flavor is yeasty with some light wheat flavors and spice. Body is very light and well carbonated. Overall a very good hefeweizen.

Bomber. This pours a golden color, just slightly hazy, with a white fluffy head on top. This has everything you’d expect form a good Hefeweizen. Citrusy banana, yeast, wheat, light clove, some grass, and a little bit of herbal spiciness. It’s all wrapped in a delicate package; light-bodied, crisp, and refreshing. The aroma and flavor pretty much mirror each other. This is pretty good stuff.
