4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
On tap at the Mammoth Bluesapalooza. The guy serving it didn’t know what it was, but one sniff and I knew it was a farmhouse with bugs! Aroma has a nice tartness from the lacto. Nice and hazy, the flavor has the grainy wheat with some banana from the hefe yeast. The sourness comes through very well balanced! This is great and at a great price for an event like this!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Medium yellow with a slight haze and a frothy white head. Grainy bread, banana sweetness, Belgian yeast, light fruit, and a touch of tart sourness. The tartness is very light, I’m not sure this would qualify as a sour ale.
