COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Itís no surprise that when the first golden lager was developed in the town of Pilsen it would become the most imitated style of beer in the world. Our version is reminiscent of those brewed in Northern Germany. Itís clean flavor and light body allows the drinker to focus on the delicate floral aroma of only the finest noble hops, while the dry finish will leave you reaching for another. 5.6 % ABV, 40 IBUís

Pours straw yellow with a one finger white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of pils malts, grassy hops, pine, floral hops, spicy hops, and some light butter. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium-light body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, slightly bitter, medium finish. Overall, a somewhat decent, slightly above average pils that has some light diactyl notes.

Straw colored, light bodied Pilsner with floral hop aroma and clean malt flavor. Definitely an easy drinker in the brewpubís line-up.

Iím typically not a pilsner fan, but this beer had so much hop character that it wasnít a typical bland pils. I liked it so much, I ordered two.

Draught at TND: Aroma of Pils malts, citrus, grains, slight citrus, and Noble hops. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, white head that lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Very sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of Pils malt, grain, Noble hops, and a hint of citrus. Light body. Slightly tingly, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Grain, Noble hop, Pils malt, finish is dry. Much better than I expected.

A: Pale golden-straw body. Moderate sized off-white head. Minimal retention. Faint lacing. S: Grass, grain, lemon, a little biscuit. T: faint grassy-citric bitterness, large grainy presence, some pale malts. M: Light bodied, a bit over-carbonated, mild bitterness, finish could be crisper. O: A mid-level pilsner that does not offend the palate.
