COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden lager is the lightest beer we offer. The recipe is derived from years of lagering techniques created in the cellars of Germany. It has a crisp flavorful taste, and the slow and low fermentation allows for a fresh, clean beer with a smooth finish.

Straw yellow, somewhat translucent. Light bodied, nice lemony sweetness and small hop character. Mild corn taste. Barely an aftertaste but the light sweetness is refreshing. I like it

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy and smooth fruity. Bitter, toasted malty and light grassy. Dry and bitter finish.

Dumbed down pilsner that is more of a miller lite clone then anything else. Light pale malts and minimal hop character. Light bodied. Nothing off, just nothing to enjoy.

Meh! And Blegh! Manayunk’s version of a light beer. It has no aroma and very little taste although it’s very dry. A finish with no narrative seems a bit sadistic.

Pale Golden pour. Aroma is light pils, grain. Crisp in the mouth, with clean maltiness and some light fresh hopping. Very fresh. But a tad bland.

On tap at Manayunk. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Grain and light citrus on the nose. Big grainy flavors, but still smooth. Crisp grain finish.

(11/16/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Clear golden. Rather grainy aroma with some vegetal notes and malt. Sweetish flavor with malt, graininess and a bit of noble hops bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied.
