Traditionally offered in the spring, the Maibock (May Bock) heralded the coming of warmer seasons, and offered a hoppy alternative to the long winter of malty bock beers. While our blonde beauty may be easier on the eyes than her bock brothers, with her burnished gold color, she still shares the family’s rich malty heritage and has enough alcohol to help throw off the chill of winter’s last frost. However our little hellion asserts herself on the pallate with spicy noble hops in a way we think you will enjoy. Bring on the warm weather!

Draft. Pours golden orange with an off white head. Sweet malty aroma with butterscotch and a hint of popcorn. The flavor is again, malty sweet, with notes of butteres popcorn. Not awful, but definitely a bit off.
