Dec 8, 2007 Pours a translucent golden amber with a smaller creamy off white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, some lemon, touch of caramel. Smooth hop bitterness and flavor. Nice caramel malt balance and some grapefruit.

Nov 30, 2007 on tap-pours a thin off white head and gold color. Aroma is mild medium malt, musty. Taste is mild medium malt, musty, some soft citrus/pine hops. Mild carbonation.

Nov 4, 2007 On tap at the philly brewpub. Sure fire hoppy floral arma, rather fresh. Reddish orange in color. Seems to have all the good flavors of hops without being overly bitter. Little carbonation. Rather friendly and not too offensive for hops, which I don’t care for. Lingering medium bitter finish that is easy to accomodate.

Dec 4, 2006 On tap at the Manayunk Brew Pub. Poured a meduim golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of floral, pine, and citrus. Tastes of floral, grass and had a light honey sweetness. Had an all around fresh hop quality. Nice and bitter (I would have guessed this was high than the listed 33 IBUs) with a light sweetness. Thinner body.

Nov 17, 2006 Poured a bright golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus, and lemongrass. Taste of grassy hops, toffee malts, light honey, and a light grapefruit hop finish.
