Commercial Description:
It is made with generous amounts of malted wheat and german hops. The word “bock” literally means “goat” in Germany; implying the strength could make one feel as he’s been kicked in the head if over imbibed. This clear, deep gold and slightly fruity elixir finishes quite dry and is a pleasant palate pleaser. We’re sure you’ll be bock for another. 7.48% ABV, 24 IBUs

not much aroma. flavor is smooth. sweet, a little alcohol. finishes crisp with a light bitterness.

Pale amber color with a smallish white head. Nice wheat aroma with some banana and grain thrown in. Medium bodied with a pleasant wheat malty taste. Quality brew, fairly average for the style.
