LENAPE Hoppy Brown Ale
In tribute to the Native Lenape Indians from this area, our Indian Brown Ale has a strong malt backbone with a kiss of Chocolate and Caramel malts. Copious amounts of Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops provide an intense flavor, rivaling even the finest IPA’s. Double dry-hopping in the fermenter imparts a bouquet of citrus and pine aromas, sure to please the most discriminating Hop Heads. 6.7% ABV, 69 IBUs

Pours deep amber with a medium off white head. Aroma has chocolate and caramel with a hint of pine. Flavor follows suit but expands a bit...dark chocolate and mild pine with a touch of spicy/citrus hops. Mouthfeel is medium with a piney/chocolate dry finish that lingers...bitter.
