COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in collaboration with the reigning Philly Beer Geek, Natalie DeChico, we proudly present the official beer of the 2012 Philly Beer Geek competition. Amarillo, Centennial, and Styrian Aurora hops were carefully balanced with pale and crystal malts to best compliment the addition of fresh basil. The citrus and herbal aroma should please the hopheads while a hint of basil flavor in the finish makes this the perfect beer to have with our margharita pizza.

on tap-pours gold with an offwhite head. Aroma is lemon zest, light malt. Taste is lemon zest hops with some bite, basil, light malt-bready.

Clear copper pour thin off white head, sticky striped lacing ... aroma of mostly spicy herbal hops and citrusy hops with light caramel malt .... taste of herbal/earthy hops and a nice spicy citrusy hop bite, caramel malts ... basil flavors are on the backend and melds with the spicy bite ... finishes dry and spicy ... herbal ipa tasty and different went well with a pizza
