In response to internet chatter that our staple IPA, California Dreamin’ is not a true California IPA, we present this hoppy elixir. Crafted with almost a ton of imported malts and 100 Lbs. of Washington hops, it may be daunting to some, but we should make the biggest Left-Coast hophead put down the surfboard and catch this tube. Deep copper in color, a luscious malt background underlies its’ lacy head as it presents a complex citrus hop aroma and flavor well into the finish. A true hopheads’ dream. Surf’s up......Dude. Initially 10.0% ABV, 100 IBUs

Tap @ Manayunk. Poured a clear deep copper with a almost white head. The aroma was hop forward and fresh. Nice citrus and sweaty notes. The alcohol is completely hidden. Crisp malt with hop flavor lasting as long as the pleasant bitterness.
