Tap at the beewery. Light red color. Flavor is muddled and a little messy. There is sugar and dry malt flavors.Hop flavor is very low. Malr finish..ok. the sort of red ale you find at every brewpub in America.

Scents of freshly baked bread and caramel released by pouring from the bottle. Head is full but short-lasting with no lacing over an amber (duh) color. Medium body and a sweet initial finish followed by a nice hop bite. Another solid Mankato offering.

Can to tulip. Pours clear copper, white dissipating ring foam head. Aroma of sweet grains, nut, and bread. Taste has notes of spice with nice bread backbone. Finish is decently bitter and dry. Heavy carb.

355ml bottle. Amber pour, this one seems a bit oxidized it was purchased a few months ago and fridge aged since. It’s an incredibly poor amber ale.

On tap. Pours a clear light amber with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a decent amount of bread and grain with a slight nuttiness underlying. Flavor has a bit more of a sweetness from the grains but finishes with bread and nuttiness.

Draft at grand hotel in Kahler hotel rochester. Not great aroma. Moderately hoppy and quite a bit of malt. Nice creamy whispy lace and head. Not bad

Bottle from sampler. Amber with thin off white head. Strong malt aroma, light nuttiness, and mineral water. Flavor is minimal. Body is lighter and watery. Plain.

Great amber color on the pour with a thin white head. Aroma has some caramel notes but is fairly light. Tatse is good right away but has no body to it, the finish is similar to mineral water. Overall not that great.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly hazy light amber with a figner of off-white head. Aroma of caramel with just a hint of milk chocolate. Taste is light bitter and follows the aroma. Medium bodied with a decently creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Drinkable and enjoyable, but nothing to seek out.
