Bottle 750ml. @ [ T.S.H.R.B.G.S.C.S.M.T (The Second Handrup RateBeer Gathering Special Cider Sake Mead Tasting) - Ebeltoft ].

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, sulfur, vomit notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, dry, apple. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20120414]

Bottle. Clear golden with smal diminishing white head. Aroma is apples, fruit, little sulfur and citric. Flavour is apples, very dry, little sweet, little sulfur, fruit and a little citric.

Bottle. Dark yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma with some barnyrad notes. Dry powerfull apple flavor. Average finish.oily palate. Nice cider.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet apples, wood and light barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 140412

Bottle from Galerie Lafayette. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma is straw, leather and apples. Taste is apples, sulphur and has a semi dry finish.

Cloudy golden with tiny white short lasting head. Dry aroma with natural apples and hints of wood. Somehat dry flavour with apples, wood and hints of phenol. Dry finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Slightly hazy yellow with a rough, bubbly off-white head that dissipates rather quickly. Tart, leathery apple aroma. Medium body, extreme carbonation, earthy notes and a whiff of cattle manure, apples and yeast. The cork had green mold which probably explain the off-flavors! 141208

Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Huge fin bubbled white head that really lasted. Good display of lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma of earth, wood, vinegar, barnyard, citrus, apple. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sweet and acidic flavour. Dry apple finish.

Hazy blond color; extremely lively bottle. Dry aroma, woody, light hazelnuts. High carbonation, taste of red apples peel, astringent, quite dry. A bit old, but interesting enough.
