750ml bottle (Siidrimaja, Tallinn) - thanks Kairi!
Same horse stable straw funk, mellow sweet apple flesh. Misty gold. Fullish sweetness, crisp carbonation. Nice farmhousey wood-aged drying. Pleasanty tanniny, some apple skin bitterness, even leaves a bit of a tingle on the tongue. Massive drinkability. Super mellow, but not lacking character.

Pours a light amber colour. Bit of smoked cheese on the nose, with lots of funk. Taste is dry, with a bright effervescence and some nice balancing tartness. Basque-like, but with carb.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is extremely funky, with lots of stinky feet, funk and barnyard. Flavour is very funky and sweet, with lots of dry champagne-y notes upfront, followed by lots of barnyard funk and a pretty high amount of residual sweetness. Despite the high sweetness, this is really nice.

750 c&c from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours translucent gold with a fizzy white head. Interesting aroma of apple and golden apple skins. Mild. Freshish. Med body almost. Flavor is quite ripe apple - seems more golden than not. Again there is a woody, astringent aspect - tho it’s not excessively dry. It’s making me think of Norman farmhouse cider. Specifically Le Verger de Giverny. Which I now think I should have rated a bit higher. French cider seems ever quite good.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a light ring head. Nose is maple, talc, green apple, and a definite barnyard funk. On the tongue, it’s honey-sweet, but it has a funky snarl to it; a little deceptive, and I like that. Finish is long and has apple-peel tannic drying elements. Good.

Very gentle sulfuric notes, over-ripe pear/peach like aroma (not necessarily resembles apple), lively carbonation. Be careful when you open the bottle :) Semi-Sweet, dry tart like a bit astringent finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
