Bottle. Golden colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is sourness, apple, yeast. Flavour is sweet, dry, dust, apple, yeast, sournes, sulphur, yeast. OK cider.

Bottle 375ml. corked.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy to fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, green apple, sulfur. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dry, apple, wood - horse blanket. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120623]

Bottle@Ulfborg.Purs cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of tart apples, sour grapes and apple peel. Flavor is sweet and somewhat tart apples with some chalk and rustic notes.Medium body, average carbonation.

Pours clear golden with a white head, Aroma has notes of sour apples. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a very dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, sulphur, wood, stable and notes of sugar. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml corked. A clear one, golden in color and with some white bubbles around the rim. Quite farmhouse-ish nose with lots of apples. Tasteful, semi-dry and pleasant, medium body. Lots of apples and a solid dose of farmyard. Lasting apple finish. A tasteful one, although a bit too much on the woody, earthy and farmyardish side. 120623

Bottle, 5.5%. clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is apples, fruit, wood and a little sugar. Flavour is apples, tart, fruit, quite dry, wood and a little sweet.

Pours with a strong head that is harsh and bubbly and disappears very quickly in many loud noises. Bright yellow-green hue. Aroma of old 1950’s linoleum tile, fresh apples, dirty socks; like I just walked into an old farmer’s home to sit at the table and hear his story. I can smell his flannel shirt, the duck in the oven, the fresh vegetables. Taste is very earthy - fermented apple, cheese, sour apple skins. Wet finish. This is an exceptional cider, way outside the norm, but fascinating to taste. There’s something new in every sip.

Bottle at Galleries Lafayette, Paris. Dark gold, champagne-like bubbles, straight to lace. Dry, dusty, apple aroma. Funky, with wood, smoke, light sweetness in teh flavor again wood, some ashes, apples, dust. Puckeringly dry. Great balance and complexity. Light, smooth, very flavorful.
