COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is Nama-chozo sake, which means it is left unpasteurized throughout the storage period and only heated at the bottling stage. Refreshing aromas of fruit and rice. Light and clean finish. Best served chilled. Bulzai "hits the mark" with a wide range of appetizers and fish dishes, including white fish and fresh oysters.

Bottle shared with northropfrye. It’s hard for me to rate sakes since I rarely consume them and have never tried different kinds back to back. But I think it smells like honey and flowers. but the taste is a little harsh and boozy for me.

Light clear body, slightly yellow, but very faint. Aroma of rice, of course, but also sweet vanilla, tropical fruit and banana. Taste is a bit boozy, sweet, kind of dry watery finish. Not a bad sake but nothing spectacular.

Tallahassee, Fl - New Leaf Market - 300 ml bottle. Pours a glinty clear with a light oily sheen. Aroma has some peppermint candy like notes, a brief whiff of alcohol. Flavor has some light coconut, a touch of peppermint, some alcohol - not too dissimilar from vodka. Not bursting with flavor. Crisp mouthfeel.

At the Wine House Sake Tasting, bottle poured by the distributor. Pours crystal clear with light legs. Aroma is light citrus, almond, vanilla and pie crust. Taste is citrus, lightly tart with chalk and alcohol. Medium viscosity.
