Lightly kilned caramel malts round out the pungent, piney Chinook dry-hopping. As its smooth mouthfeel dissipates into a pleasantly bitter finish, we hope youll find our IPA an elegant outlier from its hometown crowd.

Bottle from the IGA in Winters, CA. I love IPA that are not overly bitter. Lots of citrus flavor here with just the right amount of hop. Could of had a little more body to it. Still a solid brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at home. Aroma of malt, biscuit, caramel, pine resin, some orange, some grapefruit, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Very malty IPA, not my favourite kind. However, as malty IPAs go this one is certainly drinkable.

355 ml can.
Pours clear dark copper color with a large head. Piney aroma, resin and hops, orange and mild mango notes, slightly malty. Sweet malty tasty with caramel and resin notes, quite fruity too with orange and subtle grapefruit notes, bitter hoppy aftertaste. Medium carbonation, bitter palate, lingering oily hoppy finish. Nice balance and feels fresh. Im not that fond of maltier IPAs but this is quite good.

A bit spicy in mid palate and final. Medium-heavy body, dryish, and with some hop burn. Caramel-heavy stuff, rich and with good hopping.
