Wooden and spiced aroma, light apple phenolic touch. Smooth and fruity flavoured. Towards a sugarish sweet. Lingering fruity flavoured finish. Lasting sweet impression. More a dessert wine than a mead.

Oct 7, 2009 Bottle compliments of the only Idaho boy abandoned in North Dakota, Jake65: Pours a pale beige color, leggy. The nose is sweet and syrupy with a bright flower pollen and cider note. The flavor is sweet, like a still ice cider with a kick of extra honey sweetness and musky twang. The finish is sweet and a tad cloying. Might be a bit better mulled, but it’s refreshing nonetheless.
