Commercial Description:
North Dakota is #1 many years in honey production. We use North Dakota honey and apples to make this semi-sweet white wine. Very similar to a Riesling grape wine. Initial honey taste followed by apple. The North Dakota honey predominantly comes from Alfalfa and Clover fields. Enjoy chilled.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with the tiniest white head. Very sophisticated honey and spice aroma. Medium body, distinct flowery honey accents with quite some spicy accents. Sweet, warming alcoholic finish. Lovely. 301109

75 cL bottle from a state without beer but mead, courtesy of MatSciGuy and tytoanderso - thanks a lot guys!. Pours clear and golden pale yellow with no head. Wooden and spiced aroma, light apple phenolic touch. Smooth and fruity flavoured. Towards a sugarish sweet. Lingering fruity flavoured finish. Lasting sweet impression. More a dessert wine than a mead.

Bottle compliments of the only Idaho boy abandoned in North Dakota, Jake65: Pours a pale beige color, leggy. The nose is sweet and syrupy with a bright flower pollen and cider note. The flavor is sweet, like a still ice cider with a kick of extra honey sweetness and musky twang. The finish is sweet and a tad cloying. Might be a bit better mulled, but it’s refreshing nonetheless. Thanks Jake!

Bottled. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of honey and flowers. The flavor is very sweet with notes of honey and flowers, leading to a dry finish.
