Cask at Brigantes, York. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Lovely aromas, just a hint of bergamot, very flowery too. Taste is light bitter, more orange notes. Clean finish and easy drinking. lovely.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden coloured. The Earl Grey isn’t too evident, but there is a small fusion evident. Fruit is dominant with a floral aroma and there’s some peach in the taste.

On cask at SIBA BeerX - First one of the night and a tough act to follow. Deep amber gold body, nice thick and solid white top, with a gentle carbonation. Nose is pine, spiced oranges, and yes bergamot oranges too. Taste is helped by a lovely rich smooth palate, helps pick out more fruit and more citrus. Long finish to this, longer than the drink lasted. Luverly.

Hazy yellow/golden with a white head. Aroma of malts, citrus, Earl Grey, spices, hops. Flavour is light fruity sweetness with a light to moderate bitter aftertaste. Really nice IPA, I could drink this all night.

Cask @ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival Jan 14. Was really looking forward to this but was left a little disappointed due to there being next to no trace of bergamot whatsoever. A nice blend of citrus hops but nothing to write home about. Will have to try from a bottle to compare.

This is a far better beer than I expected, best Marble brew so far. Pours a beautiful murky golden haze, the aroma is melon and citrus. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. The taste is dank, catty, citrus bitterness, with a deep sweet melon and peach flavour. The after-taste is long and satisfyingLy complex, with an astringency towards the end, that i’m guessing is down to the tea, that it sits perfectly in this IPA. Will be getting more of this!

Bottle. Golden with a medium head.Hops dominate with some citrus also in the mix. Very well bottled although I couldn’t trace the Earl Grey. Highly recommended.

Pours a pale colour, taste is dry and hoppy. One of the best IPAs I’ve had in a long while

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Super good balance: outstanding really. Great citric hops, but not raw or overpowering. Bergamot is subtle for sure, but provides correction, like Carry on Teacher. A massive bottle of this weren’t enough.

From bottle. Dark golden color. Great foamy head. Best chilled but not cold. Smells of citrusy herbs. Taste medium bitterness. Not terribly bitter, but enough to know it’s a good IPA. Citrus, slight licorice, medium body, long finish. Not a strong tea flavor, but helps tone down the IBUs. Would buy again.
