COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Straight from the field to the brewery, this bright, deep golden ale is a showcase of local flavor. With Bosque Farms terroir, the classic American hop, Cascade, has taken on a life of its own.

Draft @ Marble brewery, ABQ. Bright golden orange with stable head. Bright hop aroma with lots of citrus--orange in particular. Light and quaffable, thirst quenching and clean. Lovely piney finish. So happy this lacks annoying chewiness that would interfere with drinkability. Hits a great spot for a refreshing hopped up ale.

Brewed with local hops. Hazy straw with a nice head. The hop aroma is earthy, slightly lemony and an almost herbal rosemary, lemon verbena character. Another unique local hop beer. Biscuity malts with a light toastiness, earthy hop and a high cohumulone bitterness...especially for cascades. There must be a boatload of those things in here. Dry, lean character. Refreshing, enjoyable with a light hop spiciness late.

On tap at marble. Bright gold. Nice lacing. Moderate carbonation. A clean well balanced ipa that really shows off the hop profile of cascade from nose to finish. Very dry. Very light, almost watery body. Malt profile is straw and slightly candy sweet light caramel. Very drinkable.
