Bottle 750ml.

Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white and red head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, grape, cherry, berries. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate acidic and modrate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a huge red-brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and cherries. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and cherries, leading to a lighlty tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cL bottle. Pours deep dark red with a thick redish head. Aroma is dry cherry and wooden. Dry phenolic and dark wooden flavoured. Distinct cherry dry. Lingering dry and dark cherry fruity to wineous into the far finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an opaque very dark brown with a lively and lacing reddish brown head. Aroma has a little roast and vanilla with a discreet cherry whiff. Medium body, dry roastiness and dry cherries with an edge of almonds. Almost astringent dryness in the finish. 240610

Bottled@PBF2010. Very deep, close to black colour, Head is very stange colour. Aroma is cherries, wood, toffe and quite strong on earthy and woodes notes. Flavour is caramel, wood and some sweet fruity and sugary notes.

Bottle at yespr. Dark brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Fruity aroma of cherries and barnyard with roasted notes. Fruity and light acidic flavour of cherries with notes of soap and berries. Tart finish.

Bottle at Yespr - Thanks. Almost black (red glow) - offwhite head. Kriek, cherry, tartness, wooden notes, sharpness, fruity, rubber, light milkey, nutty, red berries, dark fruits. Nice.

Dark brown with a reddish beage head. Sourish and dry aroma with cherries, almonds and roasted malt. Sourish flavour with roasted malt, cherries, almonds and marzipan. Finished sourish.

Opaque black color, small brown head. Ashy, burned, coffeish nose. Sour flavor. Fizzy carbonation. Some sour cherry, coffee, burned malts. Lingering sour aftertaste. Interesting.

Pours deep red-black with a lovely, creamy, beige-pink head. Aroma is tart, lots of cherries, a bit of cinnamon, light peppery. Medium carbonation, dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, chocolate, roasted, mild tartness, light ashy. Good fruitiness. Nice and elegant.
