Pours a full, hazy golden color wit ha nice off white head. Aroma of malts, citrus and hops. A bit sweet, but it smells like it will be cut by other flavors nicely. Full body - nice malty sweetness that is cut nicely by the bitterness of piney hops.

1 Pint 6 oz. Bottle. Pours Amber and hazy with little to no froth. The taste is a fine twist of hops and citrus flavors. It’s lively, bitterness and long lasting sweetness. Excellent blend of flavor and alcohol content.

On tap at Cafe Pasqual’s in Santa Fe. Quite nice with lots of fresh hops. Went really well with the southwestern lunch.

Bottle: Copper/orange pour is hazy with a creamy sand colored head. Lots of sticky lacing. Nose is somewhat muted, at least initially. As it warms piney and tropical fruit notes take over. Some caramel too. At frist the flavor is soft for a DIPA; caramel, piney, and tropical fruits. More pine resin... reminds me of Blue spruce. Seems like the hops may have faded a bit, I’d really like to try this again fresh, but it has a good balance of flavor overall.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, dark orange red with thin lasting off white head, pretty hazy. Aroma brought notes of big juicy citrus with orange, grapefruit, some lemon, hints of pine, grass, slight caramel, touch of dank in there as well, nice smelling. Taste is a mix of sweet orange marmalade, grapefruit, lemon, nice orange peel as well, some spice, grass in there goes into some nice caramel, toffee, finishing bitter, a bit more hops. Tasty, nothing crazy, but well executed. A little syrupy on the mouthfeel but not bad.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, orange amber pour with thin but lasting white head, aroma has notes of aged earth, caramel, hints of sweet candied orange, pineapple, resinous pine, slight grapefruit notes as well. Taste is orange peel grapefruit, big pineapple, slight mango, hints of aged hops with some caramel, toffee, biscuit, hints of pine and resinous notes, finishing fairly bitter with some sweet notes. At this point more of a barleywine, but wish I could have had it fresh it tastes like it was very good.

A big beer. A little more copper than gold, but still a beautiful pour. A piney hop, with a great bitter linger. Kick this guy up in ABV and it would be world class.

Bomber from local store, pours a hazy orange, white head, thin lacing. Weak bouquet on the nose, hops and citrus. Good tongue bite, resin and hops, grapefruit aftertaste. -To IPA is to be.

22 ounce thanks to Justin. Resin and grapefruit. Nice orange pour. Good hop and malt profile Pretty much hits the style right without overdoing malt build.

Pint at Marble tap room in Sante Fe. Their IPA is amazing so my hopes were high for this. It did not disappoint. Super clean resinous hop aroma with inoffensive malts. The palate is perfect for the style. Bitter citrus and pine make up the flavor. It’s very textbook IIPA but delicious and well crafted. I am a fan!

650 ml. bottle. Pours a thick, well retained, off white head, with extensive lacing, over a slightly hazy, gold (SRM 5) body......nose is pine, resin, grapefruit peel, treacle, floral honey tones....taste is heavy resin, pine, pineapple, toffee/caramel, floral honey tones, finishing with a lingering slightly sweet pine bitterness....mouth feel medium to thick, slightly sticky, alcohol adds light warmth, carbonation creates a thick foamy coating. This is a quite typical American style I/DIPA. Hop heavy with all the aroma and flavor nuances of that backbone, with just enough malt to keep the hops under a bit of control. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7
