The biggest Marble in the pack, this dark golden India pale ale is ‘Pint’ grown up, we are proud of its pronounced New Zealand hop character and smooth biscuit base offset by fruit aroma. This beer just keeps on giving.

Pleasant poor with frothy white head good retention. Pleasant bitterness not to full on. Some nice hop flavour and aroma throughout. Nice ipa but not a stand out for me.

Cask at CBC Brixton. Pours a light orangy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is light lemon orange and a fair whack of caramel. Medium body, mild carbonation. Slightly floral toffee, a little pine, light red berry, woody dryness. OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask (Fitzgeralds, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. Crisp and moderately hoppy taste with grapefruit, lemon and biscuity malt detected.

Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Pours hazy golden colour with a thin but consistent white head. aroma is hoppy, slightly soapy, citrus, and grapefruit. Taste is hoppy and tropical, slightly grassy with a very very light carbonation that makes it almost taste like a cask ale. Lingering bitterness after each sip but it’s nicely balanced. Could sink a few of these quite easily thinking it’s a session ale and forget that it’s almost 6%! Good beer all round.

Light amber. Frothy head. Floral, honeyish, citra-like hops. Pears in syrup. Sweet, like lemon marmalade with a touch of bitterness but generally sugary character.

Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some biscuit and grass notes. The flavor is a mix of grass, biscuit and a low amount of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle - hazy amber colour with huge white head. Aroma of hops, light fruit, spices. Flavours are quite well balanced, some alcohol, could be more refined. Medium bodied, quite highly carbonated. Long and late bitter finish. Not bad

Really bitter, mid gold, touch of heather, wood, elderflower, solid malt base under the hops.
