COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian-style pale wheat ale is fragrant, dry and a touch tart. We brew it with coriander and orange and lemon peel to give it a distinct and delicious flavor.

Bottle. Pours hazy, dull gold with thin, creamy white head; decent retention and spare lacing. Aroma is banana, cloves, yeast, bread and cookie malts, floral hops, and light vanilla. Flavor is sweet, bready malts forward with supporting herb notes, light fruit esters, light floral hops, and fresh dough; dry finish. Medium body and carbonation

Hazy yellow pour, nice fluffy white head. Lots of spice, wheat, coriander, oranges, and lots of yeasty goodness.

Sampled @ AZ Strong Beer Fest. Cloudy light lemon pour with a small ivory foam. Nose of coriander, straw, white pepper, orange peel, grapefruit pith, and lemon zest. Good for what it is, just not my style!

22oz bottle 1/16/13 (Crown Liquor-COS)-41° in Weizen Glass-Pours a clear golden with a huge white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, and lemon. Taste of the same with more coriander, wheat, and citrus. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and not too shabby.

bomber, pours cloudy yellow gold with large frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, some basement aromas, sourdough bread, soft lemon. Medium, slightly creamy body. Flavor is less yeasty, with dominant clove spicing and some subtle funk on the finish. Overall enjoyable, but average micro.

Clear golden with a thin white head. The aroma was pretty yeast-estery with tones of wheat, dusty hay, honey, lemon, coriander... actually, it smelled like a well made Trippel. Aaand..tastes like a trippel. Estery yeast tones, clove, lemon, hay, pale malt, dry light honey tones, wheat dough. Pretty good, but not really my thing. A little boozy in the finish.

Bread, dough, and coriander nose. Hazy yellow, thick sticky white head. Overripe lemon flavor. Alcohol is pretty noticeable. Medium body. Quite enjoyable.
