Sampled at GABF! Really thought this was pretty good. Chestnut/mahogany pour with a nose of oak, tart cherry, lemon, with a definite tannic quality. Flavor of red wine, wood, dark fruit, with a nice sour finish. Medium mouthfeel with low carbonation. Nice effort.

GABF 2010, light cola pour, wine, wood tart aroma. almost like a chilled red wine, beaujolais like mouthfeel, with a correct dose of sour & tartness. decent
