THE best ginger beer ever in my experience. Most are watery and weak, not reakky sure if they are a pale ale or a ginger beer- this is superb. Huge ginger aroma and taste that leaves tiremarks on your tongue and warms the soul. Firey. Superb. If you donít like ginger, donít rate it. In fact, if you donít like ginger, donít buy it. Rating should be objective - donít give it a bad rating just because you donít like it! That does not make it a bad beer.

Nocturne (632) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - FEB 5, 2014
Cask at Knott Bar, Manchester. Clear bright amber shade. Thin head coats the glass. Aroma and taste are suffused with ginger, which is rather mild rather than anything approaching throat-burning. Only one real note, but itís clearly very well worked.

jmgreenuk (3563) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - DEC 29, 2013
Cask at the Southampton Arms. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin frothy white head. The aroma is dry crisp ginger. The flavour is spicy veg with a strong ginger burn plate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Steer clear if you donít like ginger!

Cask at the Southampton Arms. Pours clear dark golden with a small off white head. Aroma of ginger. Flavour of ginger. Ginger in the palate. A long ginger finish. A bit of a one hit wonder this one.

HogTownHarry (5984) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 19, 2013
August 19, 2013 - handpull cask at Southampton Arms. Hazy deep gold with a minimal off-white head. Aroma of sweet grain and earthy floral bitterness, some alcohol. Taste follows, with initial very mild ginger but it develops a strong and earthy bitterness pretty much all from the ginger root. Light body, astringent and a bit still, medium dry almost gritty finish. Not bad.

Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Expected more spiky ginger in this, but produces a nice smooth, easy-drinking flavour with enough of a spicy tingle to satisfy my ginger urges.

2nd last beer of the night, had on CasK .. . the presnce of ginger was decent, medium strenght .. . very light feel to it .. . no to a pint .. . . If someone writes "wash me" on my car I just hope they leave enough room for me to change it to "sWASHbuckling MEans the world to me"

On cask at Congress, Longton. Pours amber with slight haze. Ginger aroma and good ginger kick. I shouldnít like this as Iím not keen on ginger! Very well kept and well made.
