Theres no point in an indepth evaluation, this is souly ginger through and through, burning peppery, my god its got a kick! Possibly one of the most drinkable beers ever made for me. RERATE: Simply soo drinkable and soo appealing, this rivals lambic for the most drinkable style and go back-to style.

Also some unwelcome buttery notes managed to intrude in the flavour. Interesting but not ultimately a particularly pleasant drink. Not really my thing.

The root ginger is quite superb and that tell tale burn that you get from it really makes this one of the best Ginger’s that I’ve tasted, almost like licking some raw root ginger. Ok so this is a bit of a one trick pony but a pony that can perform like this is one that’ll I’d pay money for. Loved it tipsytoad (78), Jersey Jan 4, 2008 THE best ginger beer ever in my experience. Most are watery and weak, not reakky sure if they are a pale ale or a ginger beer- this is superb. Huge ginger aroma and taste that leaves tiremarks on your tongue and warms the soul. Firey. Superb. If you don’t like ginger, don’t rate it. In fact, if you don’t like ginger, don’t buy it. Rating should be objective - don’t give it a bad rating just because you don’t like it! That does not make it a bad beer.
