Brewed with royalty in mind, no expense was spared in crafting our Imperial Red. Generous additions of our favorite hop varieties blend harmoniously with long layers of dark caramel malts.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. A nice frothy beige head. Cloudy brown and red beer. A lively rich malt nose. The flavor is huge malts with citrus hops. Alcohol is tasted.

Arbitrary score 4/5 for Appearance, as nighttime conditions prevented correct assessment. Grapefruit, C-hops galore, fruity as few. Bitter-fruity flavour, grapefruit and grapefruitpeels, with a sweeter finish more reminiscent of lytchee. Very velvety feel, well-carbonated feel if not visually so. Quite balanced, surprisingly original; IPA-like and yet it is definitiely a red ale. Txs, CarlK!

Reddish copper, loose white head. Sticky, resiny aroma, sticky resin flavor. Very hoppy, with enough malt to support it. Tasty.

Slightly hazy dark orange. Earthy hop aroma, sweet malt underneath. Firm bitterness in the flavor, long dry finish. Nice one.

Pint at Marble Brewery. This beer pours a dark ruby amber color with a yellowish tan head that laces nicely throughout the pint. This beer is a moderately heavy beer with strong pine notes from the hops and honey/butterscotch notes from the malts. This beer paired nicely with my spicy turkey-grilled cheese sandwich.

bottle, wife brought home after business trip to ABQ. Real nice aroma, sweet, citrusy, on the orange side, evergreen/pine. hint of caramel, like a dry caramel, clean brownish orange, ok head, spotty lace, though I poured a tad slow. Bitter sweet flavor. Medium body, creamy oily mouthfeel, sweet bitter finish. Very nice. Wonderful to sniff I thought. Flavor has a lot of pine about it, with grapefruit as well. My wife is wonderful....

Dark amber red with a creamy white head. Huge citrus hops and pine aroma and taste with a dry bitter bite and a cereal grain finish.

Bottle. Poured a dark amber with a creamy tan head that settled to a ring and left good lacing. Aroma of pine, resin, and perfume. The flavor found pine resin with a caramel and dark malt backing. Medium to full body with a lasting medium bitterness.

22oz bottle. Pours a dark red color with a thick off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, flavor is spicy hops with just a touch of malt. Crisp, bitter finish with a light to medium body. Somewhat reminiscient of some of my favorite IPAs. This is good.

At the Santa Fe taproom. Dark brown-red. Thin head. Lots of earthy caramel and brown sugars on the nose, with big citrusy, fruity hops. A little bit sticky and yet overattenuated at the same time - weird. The mix of dark malt and citrusy, fruity hop isn’t quite as bright on the palate as it is on the nose.
