This is a nice orange color new with a woe head of mixed bubbles. Itís a pretty good IPA with an emphasis on pine hops. Itís a little sweet and as it warms, that sweetness brooms out some round citrus notes. It is a bit heavy on the palate for my tastes but otherwise not a bad beer.

Wigwam can. Nice, bold IPA. Trends to the resinous, piney side of hops with a good bitterness bite. Not overpowering though. Pretty big for an IPA and not a DIPA.

Poured from a can, itís cloudy in the glass with very minimal head. Aroma is nice citrus floral, but the taste is more bitter than I like

Bottle @ Aaronís basement. Golden orange pour with a white head. Sweet malt, grapefruit, and orange peel. Some pine and floral hops. Flavor is kind of sweet and bland. A bit of grapefruit, pine, and grass. Bitter finish, bread, and candy.

In a can. Hazy copper appearance. Booming fruity hop aroma. Huge mango or guava hop flavor backed by a wisp of malt. Incredible juicy nectar all the way through. Superb West Coast IPA.

Can sample at Canvitational. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate complex citrus hop aroma. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Solid brew.

4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pours hazy orange, hoppy, citrusy, citronella nose, balanced hop/malt palate showing mango, orange, limeade flavors, short finish but refreshing. An outstanding West Coast-style IPA located in the New Mexico high desert.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a bottle into a tulip style glass. Thick white head that lasts forever. Seriously, I donít think Iíve ever seen a head last this long outside of a stout. I left, read my son a bedtime story and came back and it was still perfect. IPA aroma and flavor; citrus. Nice strong finish. Paid just $1.50 for this in a mild 6 pack at City Wine and Spirits, Mesa AZ.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a cloudy amber with a two-finger, billowy near-white head. Good lacing. Great aroma, a pleasant melange of citrus pith, spice, pine resin, and a hint of dank. Some bready notes can also be detected. Solid malt taste with citrus bitterness. Sweet on the back end. Finishes dry. Medium body with nice carbonation. Overall a solid brew, between this and La Cumbre's Elevated IPA, New Mexico is demonstrating an uncanny ability to produce quality IPAs.
