Our favorite aromatic and bittering hops deliver a fragrant citrus aroma and snappy hop character to this eminently quaffable IPA.

This one is a perfect score for me. This has everything I could ever want in an IPA. So much citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. The taste is hoppy and bitter but not overly bitter. Itís so well balanced, and complex. Theres something I canít figure out and itís so good. This is a phenomenal IPA.

Pours hazy orange, hoppy, citrusy, citronella nose, balanced hop/malt palate showing mango, orange, limeade flavors, short finish but refreshing. An outstanding West Coast-style IPA located in the New Mexico high desert.

This was a gift from Carla & Mark - Thanks much guys! Excellent brew! Had a nice, tho short lived head and a clear amber color. Aroma is a super fresh hop; heavy grapefruit. Flavor is also very fresh and fits the style so well. Palate is perfect. Finish is like flavor, nothing off, very drinkable. Wish I had more.

Aroma - citrus, pine, faint sweetness; Appearance - copper, very slight haze, thick fluffy head, excellent lacing; Taste - bitter hop front, bold citrus flavor quickly mellows the back, pretty dry finish with a sharp hop tang; Palate - average crispness, good body; Overall - nicely balanced for the style, flavorful yet easy drinking.

Hazy dark gold with a lasting small pillowy head. Amazing hop aroma of fresh floral resiny grassy hops, low aroma bitterness, and some dank caramel. The taste was nice and hoppy but not too bitter, like the liquid version of several hop varieties thrown together on a nice balanced body, with a small caramel sweetness, with lots of floral, pine, and grassy notes, with a hint of grapefruit. Sweetn finish, but still hoppy.

Bottle from local Smithís. Dark golden pour with quickly dissipating white head, very light carbonation. Like its Red Ale brother, the hops aroma is loud and proud, announcing itself as soon as you pop the cap. Excellent citrusy west coast IPA hop profile, not unlike Stone, although the malt profile is much thinner and more agreeable IMO. All in all, a VERY good IPA!

Pours golden with very slight haze and creamy white head that laces well in my glass. Nose is the best feature of this ale - lots of zingy fresh grapefruit and tangerine. As a Centennial fan I canít help but notice its presence as well. Palate has some of the sharpness that Iíve found in other notable IPAs. Thereís a salient grassy/herbal flavor as well, which is quite nice. Finishes rather dry, with some powdery hay/straw. Very drinkable too.

Bottle into a pint glass at Monte Carlo Package Liquors and Steak House in Albuquerque. Followed a wildflower wheat from the same brewery, which was solid but this is a standout. Nice bright color and white foamy head of tiny bubbles that donít deflate. Aroma is light which may be because the head is so thick that the underlying carbonation isnít totally making it out of the head but there is a definite citrus element. Palate is good but i would be ok with more carbonation. Flavor is total west coast IPA- lots of citrus, lots of hops, well-balanced and blended to perfection. I would guess that there is some Simcoe in there, too, but not according to the description. Man, this is a great find. I was a bit disappointed at the selection of the liquor store but who cares because this is great. Finish is hoppy, sweet, and smooth. Great flavor all the way through. The only way i could wish this better would be a hint more carbonation but that might take away from the smoothness. Get some!

Gold pour with a thin white head. Tropical fruit and hops aroma. Good solid hops bitterness balanced with honey and citrus. Long crisp finish. Best beer I had in the Southwest.
