COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: It has been necessary to include "(NM)" in the name to avoid confusion with a beer of the same name from Marble brewery in the UK.

Our favorite aromatic and bittering hops deliver a fragrant citrus aroma and snappy hop character to this eminently quaffable IPA.

Bottle pours orange/amber with a rocky white head. Aroma shows notes of citrus, stone fruit, caramel, and pine. Flavor shows the same with definate notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and apricot. Overall body is moderate, sticky, and somewhat sweet with a moderately bitter finish.

Bottled on February 18 2011. Sampled at UJ’s. This is a great looking ipa, brilliant orange in color with a great head and lacing. I am surprised at how good this smells. I wasn’t expecting this kind of hop clarity. Loads of pine and citrus cut through the aroma. The flavor is excellently bitter with fresh herbs, grassiness, grapefruit and conifer. Malts are perfectly ambiguous and merely add some balance. This makes me think Two-Hearted junior.

Bottle- Pours a inviting golden color, clear with a nice full head that fades to good lacing. Quite mild aroma of fresh grain with a trace of citrus. Starts with a bit of sweetness, then fresh grain with a good bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body, smooth and clean. Very well balanced. Very drinkable, Easy to have a few without even trying. A nice surprise from New Mexico. Came across this while working in El Paso.

Pale yellow, orange, white foamy topping. Aroma is citrusy hops, orange zest. Taste is sweet, some zesty hops, bitter, kinda bland, the aroma was more promising.

Golden orange, big fluffy white head. Citrusy, lightly fruity aroma. Flavor is also citrus, like maybe a touch of grapefruit, with a bit of malty sweetness in the background. Some earthy, woody notes in there, as well. Not bad session IPA.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Dak. Pours a cloudy amber color with a big white head that has fair retention and ample lacing. The aroma is mild with light citrus, some pine and a bit of toffee. The flavor is biter hops forward with pine, grapefruit, caramel, toffee and walnuts. The palate is smooth and full with lively carbonation. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: Good stuff--but, this would be better in a bigger bottle.

bottle at home 19Jan11pours hazy orange with a medium white head that grabs the glass and leaves streaky lacing all the way down. Aroma is huge citrus notes. Juicy wet hops, grapefruit, orange rind, some lighter honey floral notes as well. Flavor is creamy toasted malts, lots of sweet bread and crackers. Dry malts leading into an assertive pine and grass hop bitterness that is wonderfully dry and powerful. Really nice IPA.
