Courtesy of jdubFL, pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is full and rich citrus and spicy hops along with mild sweet sugary malts. Yum. The taste is more subdued than the nose led onto with citrus grapefruit and orange peel as well as mild spicy hops and thin sweet malts. Great aroma pretty good flavor.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden with a light white head. Aroma is mixed floral, fruit, hops, and malt. Taste is nice malt mixed with fruits and set off by bitter hops. Finish is dry and hoppy.

Straw, clear, and big hop aroma. Flavor is assertive fruity hops with some garlic flavor, probably brought forward with the use of RO water. Very refreshing and a great session beer.

Bottle. Pours clear dark gold with a half finger white head. The nose is caramel, citrus and pine. The taste is malt, tart grapefruit and a nice bitter resin finish. Medium bodied. My first beer from this brewery. Nice little IPA!

RIch golden pour with a white head. Aroma is loaded with a nice dose of earthy, herbal hops. Flavor is really hoppy. Dry and earthy. Some light grapefuit peel. This is a well crafted IPA from a good brewery. Cheers.

Ancient backlog, from tap. Aroma of citrus and mango on sesame and graham crackers. Flavor more prominently bitter and fruity with a gentle bed of bread. Well attenuated and very drinkable as a result. Delicate seeming.

12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a hazy golden color with a large off white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is pine and citrus hops. Flavor is floral and citrus hops with a little malt sweetness to back it up. Finish is hoppy and bitter, but no astringency. Medium body. A very nice IPA.

Nice little IPA out of NM...14 karat pour with a 1/2 inch ivory head that left some lacing. Aroma is bright orange peel and lemon zest. Flavor also shows solid hop kick with citrus, pine, and honey. Medium mouthfeel. Clean and refreshing.

Pours a golden lightly tinged brown color with a sticky white head. Aroma is malt, hops, citrus, biscuit . Flavor is hops, citrus, biscuit, light spices with a crisp slightly bitter finish. Thin bodied but quite quaffable.

This was the best IPA of New Mexico. The second floor taproom on the Plaza is a busy place. The view of the plaza is special. The beer was also very good. Mac the bartender helped me select beers to enjoy as ai approach 500. This is a smooth full bodied IPA. It is their flagship ale. It had a blend of hops that were special. The
