COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: It has been necessary to include "(NM)" in the name to avoid confusion with a beer of the same name from Marble brewery in the UK.

Our favorite aromatic and bittering hops deliver a fragrant citrus aroma and snappy hop character to this eminently quaffable IPA.

Pours a light copper with thin white head. Nice aroma quite bright and herbal. Flavor is frontal hops but not very bitter. Good balance with a light maltiness. Solid beer first I have had from this brewery.

Aroma - citrus, pine, faint sweetness; Appearance - copper, very slight haze, thick fluffy head, excellent lacing; Taste - bitter hop front, bold citrus flavor quickly mellows the back, pretty dry finish with a sharp hop tang; Palate - average crispness, good body; Overall - nicely balanced for the style, flavorful yet easy drinking.

12 oz. bottle from grownfool- thanks, Brian! Pours a bright, semi-cloudy gold color with an inch-thick eggshell white head that leaves some heavy lacing in the glass. Aroma of floral and citrusy hops, caramel malts, dry cereal grains, grapefruit peel, and sugar. Flavor of bitter piney hops, grapefruit peel, sweet and pale malts, and resin. Light-bodied, with a resinous, bitter mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lingering bitterness on the finish. Delivers a big hop punch.

Bottle pours orange/amber with a rocky white head. Aroma shows notes of citrus, stone fruit, caramel, and pine. Flavor shows the same with definate notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and apricot. Overall body is moderate, sticky, and somewhat sweet with a moderately bitter finish.

Bottled on February 18 2011. Sampled at UJís. This is a great looking ipa, brilliant orange in color with a great head and lacing. I am surprised at how good this smells. I wasnít expecting this kind of hop clarity. Loads of pine and citrus cut through the aroma. The flavor is excellently bitter with fresh herbs, grassiness, grapefruit and conifer. Malts are perfectly ambiguous and merely add some balance. This makes me think Two-Hearted junior.

Bottle- Pours a inviting golden color, clear with a nice full head that fades to good lacing. Quite mild aroma of fresh grain with a trace of citrus. Starts with a bit of sweetness, then fresh grain with a good bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body, smooth and clean. Very well balanced. Very drinkable, Easy to have a few without even trying. A nice surprise from New Mexico. Came across this while working in El Paso.

Pale yellow, orange, white foamy topping. Aroma is citrusy hops, orange zest. Taste is sweet, some zesty hops, bitter, kinda bland, the aroma was more promising.

Golden orange, big fluffy white head. Citrusy, lightly fruity aroma. Flavor is also citrus, like maybe a touch of grapefruit, with a bit of malty sweetness in the background. Some earthy, woody notes in there, as well. Not bad session IPA.
