Our favorite aromatic and bittering hops deliver a fragrant citrus aroma and snappy hop character to this eminently quaffable IPA.

Bottle poured a hazy light-orange hue w/ a frothy slowly diminishing white head and excellent lacing. Big aromas of pine, orange, and biscuit. Flavor is light sweet initially and a moderate long lasting bitter finish. Taste is pine, orange, pineapple, biscuits and pepper. Medium-bodied, creamy texture, soft to lively carbonation, and a light metallic feel in the bitter finish.

Aroma is grapefruit. Golden yellow color with a small head. Taste is fairly strong grapefruit, a decent malt sweetness with just a hint of warmth from the ABV. The bitterness is a bit too soapy at the backend for my tastes. A very good IPA, but not quite a great one.

From can, pale amber color with minimal off white foam. Pleasant mild citric aroma with hint of pine. Pronounced grapefruit and earthy hop flavor, pleasant slightly sweet malt balance. Above average.

Pours fizzy light gold, minimal off white head, some nice sediment. Definite Citra and Simcoe flavors. I think the bottle said 95 IBU? Does not taste like 95 at all, malt is a bit too present. Not bad, but not great.

Bottle from local Smith’s. Dark golden pour with quickly dissipating white head, very light carbonation. Like its Red Ale brother, the hops aroma is loud and proud, announcing itself as soon as you pop the cap. Excellent citrusy west coast IPA hop profile, not unlike Stone, although the malt profile is much thinner and more agreeable IMO. All in all, a VERY good IPA!

the deScription is, "Our favorite aromatic and bittering hops deliver a fragrant citrus aroma and snappy hop character to this eminently quaffable IPA." unfortunately none of this is true. Its a sweet malty lightly hopped unbalanced mess. Blech.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear, copper color with a thin, lacing white head. Nice, citrus aroma with hops hanging around. Very smooth, clean hoppy taste with a grapefruit finish. Solid IPA.
