Clear pale yellow beer, small irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: citrus, dairy touch, bit herbal, metallic. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, pretty bitter, refreshing, some dairy, grains. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, hay, grains, very bitter, bit metallic.

On cask at The Napoli, Leek. Pours light golden with white head. Fresh, zingy well balanced golden ale. Cracking session ale.

Cask at Euston Tap. Clear pale straw with moderately lasting white head. Nose of floral and citrus hops, light hay. Tastes light sweet, decent bitter, again lots of citrus, floral, some resin. Light body, decently full mouthfeel though, perfect condition. Top notch, very enjoyable.

what a pint is pint. Full of body and what depth in what is not a particularly strong beer. Best drunk at one of the Marble pubs in Manchester but does travel well.

Pint at the Nags Head in Reading. Clear golden with a fluffy head. Dry, light grapefruit and quite refreshing, slightly earthy. An enjoyable beer.

Clear pale golden/blonde with a good sized white covering that retains well.
Nose is citric sherbets, light florals, tangerine, grass, pale malts.
Taste comprises lemon zing, grassy, tangerine, citric peel, light bread dough, pale malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Crisp refreshing GB with plenty of citric leanings.

Cask at The Marble Arch Inn, Manchester. Clear paleish gold with a medium lasting white head. Proper English ale, good work Marble. Lot’s of fresh grapefruit hop flavours, clean and smooth palate.
