Dark brown colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, malts, straw, light grapefruit and nuts. Malty flavour, caramel, nuts, quite sweet. Finish nuts, roasted malts and caramel.

Cask at CPK 5th B-day celebrations, London. It pours a dark brown color with a medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee and grapefruit. Taste is similar with nice bitterness from hops and roasted notes. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Very nice BIPA.

Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly - fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, toasted, chocolate, moderate hoppy, light pine. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140805]

Cask at CPK during the pub’s 5th birthday celebration - London. Pours lightly unclear brown with a creamy, light tan head. The nose holds toasty brown bread, pine and ripening orange. Medium sweet flavor with more ripe orange, further brown bread, light toasted grains, pine, some berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly resinous to finish with further toasty bread, faint cocoa and toasted pine. Very nice.

Cask @ Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden WC1. Pours a dark ruby aroma with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy chocolate aroma. Roasted malty hoppy bitter licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate hoppy finish with hints of licorice.
