3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
75 cl bottle @ vPBF, BBE 12/2014
Aroma is rather fruity with yeasty notes, some citron, apricot and hints of urinal cake. Very foamy palate. Flavour is rather tart with yeast, some urinal cake, vinegums and apricot. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Very hoppy for a saison. Quite yeasty, but interesting and nice.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle@Home. Nice aroma, cheesy, light fruity, light herbal. Hazy, daark yellow, beige head, good lace. Sweet, very bitter, malty, herbal, nasty bitter finish. Rather disappointing after a great aroma. Suppose Belgium style and English brewing don’t compute.

Complex flavors and aromas. Wonderful beer all around. It is a little pricey, but other than that it is absolutely marvelous.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, bought @ Mybrewerytap.com.
Clear golden with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma has mild rubber, pepper, vinious, doughy malts, light apple. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit sharp, vinious, doughy, light caramel. Extremely dry and quite bitter finish with an oaky touch. Bit piney as well. A bit too strong for its own good.
