Growler. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is of banana, spices like clove and pepper, grassy notes, apple and pear. The flavor follows the nose with lots of banana, apple and pear, with the grassy hay like notes and spice of pepper and clove. The body is medium with a dry mouth feel. Overall a solid Saison.

On tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy golden beer. Aroma: Moderately spicy pears. A little bit of apple. Flavor: Starts out peary. Bitterness and hop character increases steadily into the finish. By the end, it has a very firm, woody and soapy hop bitterness.
