Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear yellow with a tight, white foam head. Looks good. Pungent citrus, piss and straw in the aroma. Great flavor, well balanced, medium sweet with more urine, ripe citrus, lemon, mango and light sugar. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with lots of salty pee and grass. Delicious beer with great depth. This one almost drinks like an IPA with the hop profile it’s got. Awesome beer right here.

My Bottom Line:
Delicate caramel and peaches meet leafy hops and their bitterness in this slender quencher.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the clear amber shine.
-Malts could be more revealing.
-Menthol hop whiffs appear here and there.
-This is very well-made, but definitely forgettable and generic.

On cask at Dean Swift.

Cask handpull, Euston tap, Euston, 04/04/12. Beautiful, conditioned gold beer hanging with head and lace. Tropical, perfumed aroma; lychee and guava- 8. Harsher, leaner hop-dominated taste with soap and perfume; grapefruit, bitter orange. Nice.
