Thanks Colin for this bottle. A black beer with a thick tan head. Lovely port, chocolate, coffee and roasty malt nose. Flavours similar with a chewy mouth-feel. Heavily carbonated and a little CO2 prickle. Long chocolate linger and well balanced alcohol. Delicious!

Bottle (ChrisO Pre-GBBF2011 "Donkey Dork Lord" Shindig)
Pretty tasty stout. Cowers in the shade of the American Xantus IS I just had. Simple, rich roast dominates, but there’s no lack of balance there. Would like to have it again, certainly.
