2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale yellow- not straw, yellow- with moderately strong effervescence and a snowy head. Mild sourdough bread and green banana aroma, some bubblegum, and very subtle honey if you think about it real hard. Wheaty, grassy twang with a hint of funk and bitterness. Some peppery notes emerged too late, towards the end of the glass. Light bodied and fairly crisp. Vegetal, green twiggy aftertaste. Uncapping the bottle was the most exciting part.

Light pour, hazy with a nice white head. Wheaty aroma with a hind of pepper. Good blend of yeast and grassy hops, not to estery. A bit of pepper. Quite nice, and quite drinkable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap@Brewery. Pours hazy golden color, low hop profile with a sweet honey nose, nicely balanced on the palate with gobs of honey nougat flavors. Overall, this is a beer for those who don’t drink beer, but will start drinking beer after tasting this nice summer gem.

On tap at the Sante Fé location. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet wheat and grass with a bit of cookie underlying. Flavor has a nice combination of sweet wheat and dry honey.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle pours with a slightly opaque papery gold body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma offers up sweet sugary malts, a light banana note, a honey apple estery sweetness and a faint whiff of black pepper. The taste starts sweet with a mixture of sweet ripe granny smith apples and pear notes and then moves into a sugary wheat sweetness and a mild fruity maybe somewhat floral hoppy tartness. I’m not sure this is working for me. Another sip and yes, not working.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a hazy blonde color with a third of a finger of white fizz. The nose is floral wheat and a touch of honeyed malt. Palate follows with nice rustic wheat, a touch of floral apple not bad... a little strange on the finish with a touch of metallic flavor lingering. A tad under carbonated.
