This creamy, rich and dark Oatmeal Stout was aged in oak bourbon barrels for two months with vanilla beans.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2011 Tap at brewery. Pours a black opaque with minimal cream colored head and a very upfront aroma of coffee and vanilla with slighter notes of expresso and the slightest bourbon. Taste has just the right amount of sweetness with the vanilla and wood coming through balanced by just the right amount of bitterness. Palate is smooth and creamy.
