Draught at the brewpub. Hazy yellow coloured, small white head that went away fast, light grassy nose. Moderate malty, grassy and slight acidic with pretty dry finish. Nothing special here but still better than Georgbräu beers.

Tap @ Brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy head. Herbal and hoppy nose and flavor. Biscuit and grass. Crisp and dry. 3,4. 2nd taste a few days later: Dusty and oxidized. 3

Apr 2011: Cloudy, murky orange body with a limp head on top, a collar more than a covering, even as the ’metre of beer’ arrived (a touristy metre of beer, 6 glasses each, of Pils and Dunkel, you could have all of one style or a mix).
Refreshing and pleasant enough, without setting the world alight, a bitter finish and a fruity nose. More of a ’land’ or ’keller’ style in looks, even if the taste was leaning towards a Pilsner, it wasn’t your normal clear clean looking type.
Been to the brewpub twice now, strange place, but fun and certainly different to all the other brewpubs in Berlin.

Had this beer some time ago, transferring data from database before Januar I was using to rate beer. As I drink this again I will add a complete review.

Tap. Hazy golden with lacing, white head. Nose is malty and a little dusty with nicely balanced noble hops. Bitter, bready finish, lightly bitter, light note of citrus, strong grain and lightly unclean. Medium-full powdery body. For its (relatively minor) flaws, still nice to get an unfiltered Pils.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Doughy biscuits in the nose with some dusty straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with a nice bitter off-set. Notes of crackers, straw, and mild bread. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Crisp and sweet finish, lovely crackers, biscuits, straw and white bread. Short bitter finish. Solid. One of the best brewpub beers I’ve had in Berlin.

On tap at site. Hazy golden with a disappearing white head. Aroma of DMS, herbal hops and a hint of fruit. Sweet grainy malt flavour with lots of DMS. Slightly metallic note. Mild bitter finish

Marcus Bräu, Berlin. Opálos világossárga színe van, illetve közepes méretű, közepesen kitartó habja. Illata malátás és kissé szalmás. Ízében felfedezni a domináns malátát, némi főtt zöldséget és kevés füves komlót, mely kissé savanykásan hat. Közepesen testes és száraz, a szénsavassága is nagyjából el van találva. Korrekt Pils, ízlett.

Literally stumbled upon this place around the corner from our hotel in Berlin. Cloudy lemon yellow. Funky sour lemon aroma. Tart crisp clean. Nice!

Tap at the brew pub. Just a really basic light beer, very easy to drink. Not much character, definitely ment for easy consumption
