Butelka, warka do 10-2016.

0,33l bottle. Amber, off-white head. Cloudy. Sweet yeasty aroma. Perfect level of carbonation. Wonderful on the palate. Mild taste, yeasty, sweet, slightly salty. Hides its high ABV very well. Surprisingly fresh and light for a tripel. I love the combination of the aroma and the taste. Very good balance of tastes, as well. Slightly anonymous and mild, but still, a very good brew.

Murky amber body, tiny head. Rich aroma: peach, apple, apricot, a bit of citrus. Really boozy, on par with Gulden 9000 in that regard. A lot of sweetness in the palate coming from this exquisite fruity mixture. Alcoholic finish.

Enjoying a bottle of this as a stand alone dessert beer, this lighter blondish tripel is quite a delectable authentic abbey ale! Pours a slightly hazy burnished golden color with lots of lacing and a long lasting creamy head, very appetizing. Notes of candied apple and fruity yeast on the nose, aroma is on the lighter side. Taste is very sweet, fig and/or apricot accents, some sugary caramel malty base, very fresh. Sour yeast and some boozy tartness in the finish, puts a damper on the sweetness, but is to be expected for the style. Almost reminiscent of a light sweet porto wine. Those Benedictines give the Trappists a worthy brewing challenge, recommended!
