Bottle. Pours a light coppery color (darker than expected) with a big fluffy head and aromas that are sticky with light fruit (pears and apples) and honey. Flavor is similarly fruity and sweet with a pretty good boozy warmth and a little bit of a cloves presence. This is darker in color and on the palate than most Tripels I have had and I like the departure from "normal."

RESUMEN: cerveza tripel buena a secas, nada extraordinario.

Vale a experiência.

Had this one out of the bottle as an aperitif so hard to really analyse it properly but here I go: a good tripel on the sweeter side. Lots of dried apricot and fresh plums on the palate. At 10% you can’t really have more than one.

Pours a clear deep honey / golden amber with a big thick cream, very slightly peach head that lingers. Slightly sweet aroma with light bread, slight jasmine citrus scent - certainly a sweetness to the aroma. Taste is bigger than I expected. Immediate bread, followed by a good amount of sweet - like ripe mellon dipped into vanilla yogurt. Can’t understate the sugar here - it’s not unlike a deep chardonnay. Mouthfeel is thin given the sweetness, which is a nice contrast. Very light aftertaste. Very good, very sugar forward.
