Golden. Strong flavors. Another quality tripel from the lovely Belgium. Every now and then I remember Maredsous and enjoy.

A nice AT. My only complaint with the style is the excessive sweetness and this was no different. Pour was a nice dark gold with a huge puffy white head. Aroma of strong yeast and spices. Taste was very yeasty and sugary. Could pick up light fruitiness and heavy malts. Strong alcohol burn.

Bottle, 33cl. Beer pours a nice golden yellow color. The head is white and dense. Somewhat fizzy. Fruity aroma, some coriander and little yeast. Flavor has notes of orange and other fruits. The alcohol sits on the tongue. Overall this is not a spectacular beer, but around average.

Bottled. Golden orange color, small fizzy head that settles quickly to light surface coating. Aroma of pear, orange peel, coriander and yeast. Nothing spectacular going on in the flavor, straightforward and simple. Light fruit notes, hints of citrus and a strong alcohol finish. Too much alcohol showing up in the finish, like cough syrup after it warms.

What can I say. It was my first Abbey style and I fell in love. The pour is a beautiful dark red-orange, with a creamy head. The aroma is yeast and malt, with a slight hint of citrus. The flavor is similar but brings with it a more delicate blend of all the flavors. The finish is dry and mildly lingering. A very good beer.

Orange to reddish brown color. Nose is yeast, spicy, citrus and slight alcohol. Flavor is much like the aroma with a small alcohol bite. Dry finish with classic triple abbey characteristic. A Good beer.

orange in color. Spicy aroma with alcohol, malt and orange. Malty to taste with a little yeastyness. Good.

The aroma is fruity with spice, yeast, and malt. The appearance is orange gold with a decent head. The flavor is like the aroma with a lot of alcohol. The palate is OK. Overall it’s good but not great.
