Bière assez forte mais couleur assez ambrée profonde , cette couleur exprime au mieux les arômes subtiles de celle-ci . Elle est le parfait compromis entre une blonde parfois trop légère et une brune parfois trop forte .

22-jan-2011. 50cl bottle at beer tasting. Cloudy golden beer with poor head. Taste is quite bitter. Finish is long and pretty strong, but again, quite bitter. All in all, a decent beer.

Bottle. Golden with a large and foamy white head leaving lacing. Aroma: yeast, fruit, grass or hay, oranges. Taste: sweet, banana, yeast, grass/hay, some spices, quite a low bitterness. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Not bad, I guess.

I was expecting more from this one. Really smooth beer, nothing wrong with it, but fairly bland.
