330ml bottle. Crisp dirty white head atop a sandy amber base. Plenty of bubbles throughout the glass with a pleasant aroma of preserved fruit and spices. Sweet taste with an aftertaste that sist in the back of the throat. Okay overall without being outstanding.

Came in a gift pack for Christmas 2008, with all three different brews and a glass... so enjoying this one in its glass. Pours a beautiful hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy off-white head, good retention, great thick lacing and champagne-like carbonation. The aroma is flowing with oranges, Belgian white yeast, honey and spices. Best before date on back label is 04 2011. The mouthfeel is creamy and pretty full-bodied. Apples are found in the taste, with the barley malt, other light fruits and a little alcohol. The flavours are what is the lightest in this beer. Not overpowering with a nice subtle finish. Definitely a work of wonders for a blond.

On tap at rattle n hum with Eli. Pour is light yellow. Nose is candi sugars, belgian yeast, and fresh dough. Mouth is wet with a long sugary finish, fresh and light. Some slight cereals in the aftertaste.

Tap at Rattle n Hum. A delicious Blonde. Pours a dark yellow with a moderate, white head. Heavy aroma of sweet malts and fruit. Flavor is sweet, with notes of honey, lemon and orange, slight toffee, and a little bitter on the tail. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A great drink,

Had this at the Pittsburgh Great European Beer Festival at the Sharp Edge Beer Emporium 6/2010. Pale lager eye, some smooth head present. Mild and friendly belgy aroma. Some CO2 greets the tongue. Watery thin palate but in a good way. Rather friendly all round and easy going. Nice experience. Good finish, rather like-able. No way this is 6%!

33 cl bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden-orange with a large diminishing foamy off-white head. Nice aroma is yeasty, sweet and fruity along with some spices. Flavour’s the same, yeasty, fruity, slightly spicy and has a light bitter finish. Medium bodied.

33cl bottle. Pours a golden color with a medium bubbly white head. The foam vanishes fastly. Aroma is citrusy, bready and a little spicy. Taste is sweet (sugar added) with a good amount of herbal notes and spiciness. Palate is medium with a big amount of carbonation. Overall, a tasty abbey ale.

(Draught at Flying Saucer Lake beer festival) pale yellow with lasting meringue-like head. Nose of caramel, Belgian yeast, cotton candy and candi sugar. Taste of Belgian yeast, earth, light alcohol, unsweet golden raisins, cream and bubblegum. Creamy light body, that’s syrupy and slightly under-carbonated.
