(Old BA rate - tap) Light orange, clear (no haze) with a nice sticky white head. Fresh, fruity aroma with some hop bitterness. Same fruity flavors suggested by the aroma (more like apples) with a hop dryness in the finish. Fairly light in the MF, but still substantial. This is a very drinkable brew, and is very refreshing

Recent 2009 bottle from Xmas gift pack. 2008 bottle was just too tired! This 2009 is a slight bottle volcano but yields a puffy cap over an orangey clear blonde. Prickly nose of years hops and sweet fruit. Taste pale fruit and spice and lemon and bready sweetness offset by noble hop austerity. Nice!

[Tap] Pours a crystal clear golden color with about a half inch of dense white head. Aroma of wheat malts, a floral sweetness, yeast and clove. Fruity and floral character. Light spice notes throughout. Sweet and smooth overall, with a dry grain astringency in the finish. Average body and mouthfeel. Very easy to drink.

Slightly hazy amber pour with a lively tight white froth that leaves impenetrable lacing. The aroma is a pleasant mix of floral spice, clove, angel food cake dough, and lemon-orange citrus. Quite nice actually. The flavor is a tad on the grainy side, but comes through nicely with citrus aspects, spice, banana, clove, and a huge note of angel food cake dough. The palate is medium bodies with huge effervescence and a supple mouthfeel. The finish is ultra crisp, clean, and slightly dry. Attenuation is nice. Not bad at all.

A little more like the flemmish/ french farm flat beer but very nice. Big and spicy and very nice all around.

Pours a hazy medium orangish color. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty, with a touch of fruit. Flavor is a nice mixture of malts and fruits.

bottle-clear orange with a foamy big bubble white head. wierd nose-wet grains, earthy malts, dirty yeast, slight ashy note, and lite fruit. flavors exhibit the dirty/earthy malts and wierd yeast but nothing much else going on. the beer seemed a bit aged, but i dont think this would have been much better fresh. seems to be poorly put together in terms of its malt and/or attenuation. palate is bubbly with strong carbonation. long musty grain finish. not great and not what i was expecting.

330ml bottle. Unclear, light amber coppery hue, large off-white beach froth/foamy head becomes small creamy well retained head, good lacing Wonderful complex of fruity yeasty spicy malty aromas some marzipan - yummy. Taste is moderately sweet moderately bitter, is there a faint saltiness and sourness in there? Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, warm bittersweet finish of long duration. With such beautiful aromas and such an agreeable flavour I had to take time to savour this as it went down so easily and smoothly, very more-ish.

Pours a medium gold, with a little hazeyness. Small white head with some lacing. Aroma is spicey, citrus(orange), yeast and some bubblegum. Taste is sweet and spicey, light and airy mouthfeel. Found this brew to be very drinkable and solid.

Golden hazy body, medium head. Aroma is fruity, caramel, hoppy and little wheaty, salty and spicy. Taste is sour and not very sweet. Lively carbonation. Peppery alcohol. Dry high carbonated fruity-sour but also bitter aftertaste.
