Bière assez forte mais couleur assez ambrée profonde , cette couleur exprime au mieux les arômes subtiles de celle-ci . Elle est le parfait compromis entre une blonde parfois trop légère et une brune parfois trop forte .

A classic belgian golden beer, refreshing and tasty. I should’ve bought a bigger bottle...

A really nice brew which I had on tap last night at the Malt House: Pours a bright golden colour, well carbonated with a big white head. Aroma is very pleasent. Lots of floral, citrus and fruit forward notes on the nose. Taste is sort of spicey, with generous amounts of wheat, orange and yeast. Creamy, fruity and very filling beer. 1984- Good year! The year of the Travis.

Bottle from Cookie. The ugly sister of Maredsous, but still remarkable. Aromas of cereal, dumped clothes, hints of caramel and honey. Taste is sweet, with light bitter and sour notes, long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a frothy head.
