Bottle. Cloudy Golden Orange color. Very fluffy off white head. Nose was heavy in both wheat and estery notes. Very floral as well. Sweet flavors of juicy fruit and sugar, mixed with slight bitter finish. Very mild carbonation. Very smooth, and rich.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light yellow with golden reflections; abundant foam, creamy, spread in a padded layer. Smells of yellow fruit and hop. Begins with flavour of honey; bitterness is light but shaping. Quite light, actually.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Lemon, white wine, yeast aromas. Some wheat, banana and bubblegum flavours, bread and spices. Not bad, not particularly complex. Possibly a non threatening introduction to Belgian beer for someone used to drinking macro brews but looking to expand their palate.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
330ml bottle into glass. Sweet malt nose. Hazy golden amber beer with big white head. Lively carbonation. Zingy/spritzy mouthfeel. Light body. Finish is sour followed by very late malt. A bit inconsequential for a Belgian ale.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Some yeast, a slightly floral taste. A bit of bittersweet taste, with a hint of berries in the background. Overall a very full and pleasant Belgian ale, very soothing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Copenhagen 26/7 2015. 75 cl bottle from Brussels airport. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with solid head. Head is pretty persistent and settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma is sweet and of caramel, yeast and alcohol. A little citrus as well. Pretty strong carbonation fora Belgian beer. Taste is rather sweet with a little spicyness. A little yeasty booziness. Not a bad blonde - but not out of the ordinary.
